Retirement & Aged Care CMS
Goal: TriCare is a national Retirement and Aged Care provider with over 600 staff and thousands of customers. The client required an online presence which was in keeping with their brand identity and assist the marketing manager across their digital footprint.
Description: A customised administration UI was developed using WordPress CMS which touched on all aspects of operations; Retirement locations, Units for sale, Aged Care locations, Room types and pricing, RAD & DAP calculator, Endorsements, Career positions vacant, Career applications, Dynamic enquiry forms, template page layouts and staff communication portal.
Outcome: The system allowed the client to administer all aspects of the website UI and User Experience (UX). Through the integration of analytical tools, feedback channels and both online and offline marketing activities, the client was able to deliver and dynamically evolve their customer experience (CX).
